1. General Agreement

By enrolling in any TaxSuite CE course, training, or event (collectively, “Programs”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of all content, communications, and materials provided through the SmartCents IQ and TaxSuite CE platforms.

2. Contact Consent (SMS, Email, and Phone Communication)

By registering, enrolling, or otherwise providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

Text messages (SMS/MMS) related to purchases, account updates, reminders, and promotional offers.
Email communications regarding courses, certifications, account updates, and educational offers.
Phone calls or voicemail messages when necessary for support, verification, or urgent course-related notifications.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. You may also unsubscribe from emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message footer. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Because TaxSuite CE is a division of SmartCents IQ, LLC, by providing your contact information you also agree that you may receive relevant updates, educational information, or promotional content from SmartCents IQ, LLC regarding its software, tools, and professional education solutions. You can opt out of those communications at any time using the same methods described above.

We comply with applicable communication laws and standards, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the GoHighLevel Communication Compliance Standards (2025 Update).

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase for any reason.
After 7 Days: No monetary refunds will be issued. Instead, you will receive a store credit equal to the full purchase amount.
Credit Use: Credits are issued as SmartCents IQ Gift Credits, redeemable toward any SmartCents IQ or TaxSuite CE product, course, or service.
Credit Validity: Gift credits never expire and may be transferred with written approval.

4. Continuing Education & Certification

TaxSuite CE courses are designed to meet professional continuing education requirements where applicable. It is your responsibility to confirm that a specific course satisfies your state or licensing agency’s CE requirements before purchase. SmartCents IQ, LLC is not liable for credit acceptance decisions made by third-party regulators or boards.

5. Access and Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, workbooks, software, and related digital content are owned exclusively by SmartCents IQ, LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal professional use only. Reproduction, redistribution, public display, or resale of any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

TaxSuite CE and SmartCents IQ, LLC do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice through any continuing education program. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Please consult a qualified professional for individualized guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SmartCents IQ, LLC, its divisions, or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or participation in TaxSuite CE programs or materials.

8. Modifications

SmartCents IQ, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website, and continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
